Refund and Return Policy

At Bharatvendo.com, customer satisfaction is our priority, we're here to help. Please review our policy on refunds and returns below.

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The return request is accepted only in case of receipt of defective, damaged, or different products.
  • The return/replacement of the product will be subject to the warranty terms & conditions mentioned in the invoice/description mentioned on Bharatvendo.
  • In case the New product is returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories that were shipped along with the product.

1.2. Return Process:

  • Returns are processed through mail only.
  • Mail your request to support@bharatvendo.com, and mention your Order ID in the mail subject line.
  • Share your return concern in the mail with the following details:
    Images of the product delivered( front & back) are to be shared.
    Product images of the Old product (front & back) that you are using.
    Share the Laptop/Product model (image preferred) 

1.3. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • In any case, buyer rejects the order, return shipping charges & refund processing charges will be applied to the amount paid & the rest will be refunded..

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Process:

  • On receipt of the product, a Return/Refund request is to be done within 7 working days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3.2. To request an exchange, contact us support@bharatvendo.com with details of the issue.
